Considering the Super Bowl commercials yesterday were for the most part stupid, I present to you one of my favorite commercials of all time. Yes, it promotes alcohol consumption but when the commercial’s this hilarious, I don’t even pay attention to what they’re advertising.
Ingest and enjoy.

I’m not talking about my cell phone coverage, I’m talking about my availability on the weekends. My schedule got switched up to where I get Tuesday-Thursday off, so that means I get to shoot stories for the weekend 5 and 10:00 newscasts. Sounds like more work but I need it, I like staying busy.
Michael Perozzo’s birthday was yesterday and I could have swore I worked 10am-7pm today but such was not the case…we were gonna go see a Blazers game tonight but that fell through since I have to be at work in a couple hours.
Since I didn’t post anything Friday, I never mentioned that I had Thursday off — which meant I was able to join Rainier and Cris for Daybreak ministry. I missed it the last few weeks but it was good to be able to go again. Rainier did a great job speaking to the guys that showed up, about how Jesus has come to offer abundant life to everyone that believes. He went on to say that becoming a Christian doesn’t make your life easy, but with the Lord to help us all we can get through anything — even the worst drug addictions.
After Daybreak they wanted me to come along with them to Generation Unleashed, a ginormous youth conference held at City Bible Church in Portland. I had to drop Rainier and Cris off anyway, so I kinda checked the place out, decided I didn’t want to stay and went home a bit early.
Good news about the apartment. My background checks went through okay, and they’re still waiting on employment verification. After that I can meet with the powers-that-be to sign the lease. What a huge blessing.
On another note, since I have Tuesday-Thursday off I will be heading down to Corvallis to take Aftan out for dinner on Valentine’s Day. I think we might just chill at Red Robin and then do something special (only I know what the special thing may be). Took me awhile to realize it’s February already.
Hope everything is going well with everyone out there, be good and don’t drink the tainted Kool-Aid.

Check this out. I shot and edited this yesterday. Pretty disturbing stuff we reported about, but hey, it’s news and you gotta report it.
I’m in a hurry to get to town, so I gotta cut this short. God bless…
