No, Michael McDonald is not my father. But he and Steely Dan put on a good show last night at the Virginia Beach Amphitheater last night, and was one of the better mixed concerts I have ever heard. Sound quality was excellent, the show was great, and the tunes sounded fantastic. Rating: 8/10.
Now onto the good stuff. I am proud to say that my dad turned 46 today. That’s right folks…he’s 46. Not 9, but 46. Still crazy after all these years and probably the inspiration for my zany antics as well, Dad’s going on strong at age 46.
Why am I proud to say that he is 46? Because I am proud of the fact that I have young parents. Dad’s 46 and Mom is only 44. Not bad at all, considering I am 22. So go Dad, 46 isn’t a bad age at all. Report back to me and tell me how it feels to be 46. I know what you’re response is gonna be (”Feels like any other day”) but still I want to see if turning 46 has benefited your life.
Happy birthday Dad, you’re getting something in the mail soon. Keep a watch for it, I think you’ll like it.
Aaaaahhhh, the sweet sound of being told we are young when others tell us that we are so ancient! hahhaa, thanks bud, you made your dad happy calling him today and wishing him a good birthday.
Love ya, Mom
Happy B-Day Jerry!!! we still miss you guys. Cant remember what you look like anymore, but we still miss you anyways.
